A Tale of A Cat

I'll tell you the tail/tale
of a big black cat
fell in my bath,
and that was that!

Crying for hours,
you'd think she'd drowned
with meows and hollers,
not just upside down.

Now cat is so clean and
she'll roll in the dirt
with lots of fun,
it just can't hurt.

My sanctuary is safe
until that time she forgets,
that balancing act
will get her wet.

Then there'll be a hoop
and then, a yeowler,
and lots of bubbly
water to swoller.
